Word to the WISE: These commercial handicappers FREE PLAYS are frequently STRONG PLAYS! Many of these handicappers are LOVABLE LOSER types who are really just some kid standing on the edge of the playground by themselves because nobody wants to play with them! This is what they fear! LAUGHS!
