She debuts for Weaver, plenty of foundation in place before even arriving at Saratoga, always a nice thing for a horse to get their initial foundation at the smaller training facilities before arriving at the chaos of the big track, much easier to do on the east coast with so many private farms, as opposed to on the west coast where you typically send to the track right off the bat, not as many facilities out here. This colt is working well, ideally drawn outside of horses, by McKnizie out of a mare who’s had a few babies, including a couple winners on the track. Riley Mott has FULLCUP (#8) debuting, and the first thing that strikes us is that Alvarado rides here for Riley rather than his father Bill Mott whom he’s been riding for since Riley was a young kid, telling us this one is likely live today, by Authentic, with a pair of solid quick local drills in place.

Top selection though is YOU ARE MY SUZIE Q (#1), debuting for Rodriguez, by Solomini out of a mare who actually HAS produced decently, one runner, multiple wins, and though Rudy typically isn’t his best at the Spa, this one has a work pattern fully of sharp ½ mile gate works which seem to point to a filly who can run a bit. Let’s just move along,
