This is a play on the MILWAUKEE BREWERS for our Tuesday Free Play. Milwaukee is starting right where it left off last season as it is off to an 8-2 start following a series opening win last night to make it five out of six. Jacob Misiorowski gets the ball for his third start coming off a solid first season as he had a 4.38 ERA but had a 1.19 WHIP and pitched to a 2.99 xERA so he was much better than what that top line ERA showed. He has a 2.45 ERA and 1.00 WHIP through two starts and two of the three runs allowed were home runs and he has struck out 18. Garrett Crochet is another strikeout pitcher as he has 15 K’s in two starts as he opened with a solid one against the Reds and then got hit hard against the Astros. He is now at Fenway for his home debut and he was actually better on the road last season with a 2.34 ERA in 127 innings compared to a 3.02 ERA in 89.1 home innings.
