Do you bet the draw, or double chance (win or draw)? I'll do some double chance parlays for 2nd tier leagues - i.e. Ireland, Scotland, Denmark, etc.

I learned just a week or two ago that Washington State doesn't allow online sports betting - have to go to a casino to place bets. Or more likely use an offshore bookie.
